Guests can enter through the VIP entrance and use the suite elevator to access suite levels.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

If the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Suite access opens 90 minutes before the start of each game or concert.

Tickets are 100% refundable if they have not been received. If an event is canceled by Barclays Center, a full refund will be issued. However, once tickets are received and the event is not canceled by Barclays Center, they are non-refundable.
